Myofascial Release, or MFR, focuses on releasing muscular shortness or tightness. In particular, the goal of MFR is to stretch and loosen the fascia so that full motion is restored. MFR can improve skeletal or muscular alignment as well as prepare muscles for more aggressive forms of strengthening. Pain management can also be achieved through MFR. My primary methodology in MFR are The Franklin Method and FM tools.
