Meditation, or mindfulness, is a nonjudgmental quality of mind which does not anticipate the future of reflect back on the past. There are many forms of meditation, and through either individual or group instruction, various techniques are explored to help with some of the basics to get you started and build some foundational skills to help you continue your practice *(3 or more sessions are recommended). 

Prices vary depending upon location and size of class. All classes are a minimum of 60 minutes in duration.
